Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Residential Surveyor. As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting L2 and L3 RICS surveys, some associated valuations and assessments of residential properties. This includes inspecting properties, evaluating their conditions, identifying potential issues or hazards, and providing detailed reports. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals in the property industry.

We have new patch opportunities in a number of areas across the country.

• Permanent salaried roles with bonus scheme
• AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS (preferably with VRS) surveyors required.
• Must have good recent L2 Building Pathology and preferably Residential Valuation experience – L3 support will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property surveys and assessments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in using surveying tools and software
