VISION RECRUITMENT GROUP LIMITED is recruiting two surveyors for an independent, fast-growing surveying company expanding nationally. Undertake RICS HomeBuyer Surveys and Red Book residential valuations, with Level 3 Building Surveys possible depending on experience.

You will produce clear, accurate reports using our digital platforms, manage your diary with support from our in-house admin team, and travel across Hertford, London and surrounding areas. A full UK driving licence is required.

Competenze

• Assessor surveying roles with HomeBuyer Reports and Red Book valuations.
• Ability to produce clear, professional reports using digital platforms.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Undertake RICS HomeBuyer Surveys and Red Book residential valuations.
• Carry out Level 3 Building Surveys (depending on experience).
• Produce clear, accurate reports and provide aftercare to clients.
• Manage own diary with support from admin.

We are now recruiting for two additional surveyors to join our talented team. Undertake RICS HomeBuyer Surveys and Red Book residential valuations. Carry out Level 3 Building Surveys (depending on experience). Produce clear, accurate, and professional reports using our digital platforms. Manage your own diary with support from our in-house admin team. Provide helpful, jargon-free advice and aftercare to clients.

AssocRICS or MRICS qualified. RICS Registered Valuer (or eligible to register). Experience with HomeBuyer Reports and Red Book valuations. Excellent time management and communication skills. Digitally confident and open to using new platforms. Full UK driving licence and willing to travel within your area.

Location: Hertford - One day in office, home based and travelling to London and surrounding areas.

Salary to £50,000 DOE.
