Job summary

Countrywide Surveying Services in Belfast is seeking an experienced VRS registered RICS Surveyor to join our team. The role focuses on lender and private valuation work, including L2 surveys, with deep knowledge of building construction and pathology.

A strong understanding of regulatory risk is essential to thrive in our environment. Qualifying criteria include holding Assoc MRICS, MRICS or FRICS status and being a Registered Valuer with RICS or eligible.
