Additional Resources is seeking a Residential Surveyor to join an independent, RICS-regulated surveying firm serving London and the Home Counties. You will carry out RICS Home Surveys, manage your own appointments and deliver professional reports to clients.

This role offers a 60% fee split and flexible working. The candidates with AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications and 2 years of direct survey experience will be considered.

Qualifications

• Approx 2 years' direct experience carrying out RICS Home Surveys.
• Assocation with RICS qualifications (AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS).
• Strong understanding of residential property and local markets.
• Good report-writing and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage workload and appointments.

Responsabilités

• Carry out RICS Home Surveys and deliver professional property reports to clients.
• Manage own appointments and scheduling for surveys.
• Provide high-quality guidance on residential properties.

An opportunity has arisen for Residential Surveyor to join an independent, RICS-regulated surveying firm providing professional property surveying and valuation services across London and the Home Counties.

As a Residential Surveyor, you will carry out RICS Home Surveys, manage your own appointments and deliver professional property reports to clients. This role offers a 60% fee split and flexible working.

What we are looking for:

• Approx 2 years' direct experience carrying out RICS Home Surveys.
• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification.
• Strong understanding of residential property and local property markets.
• Good report-writing and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and organise your own workload and appointments.
