Location: Remote working - surveying Birmingham area, Field & Home-Based

We are working with a long-standing surveying practice looking to bring an experienced Residential Surveyor on board. The role covers the Birmingham area and involves carrying out Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys, private valuations, and producing clear, accurate reports.

This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend work. You will be provided with the necessary tools, support, and flexibility to do the job properly, with a focus on quality rather than volume.

About the Role

You will be responsible for surveying residential properties across Birmingham and surrounding areas. The role includes Level 2 Homebuyer Reports, Level 3 Building Surveys, and private valuations. You will also be expected to produce detailed, well-structured reports in line with industry standards. You will manage your own diary, with remote support from a well-organised back-office team.

• AssocRICS or MRICS qualified
