RICS RESIDENTIAL SURVEYORS REQUIRED - SALARIED STAFF ROLES

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Residential Surveyor. You will be responsible for conducting Level 2 and Level 3 RICS surveys, some associated valuations, and assessments of residential properties. Responsibilities include inspecting properties, evaluating their conditions, identifying potential issues or hazards, and providing detailed reports. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals in the property industry.

• North Manchester/Warrington M/WA
• Stoke/Stafford ST
• Aylesbury/Milton Keynes/Luton HP/MK/LU
• Cardiff CF/NP
• Bristol BS/TA
• Peterborough/Cambridge PE/CB

Roles are permanent and salaried with a bonus scheme. Candidates should have:

• Associate RICS, MRICS, or FRICS accreditation with VRS surveyors preferred
• Good recent Level 2 Building Pathology and Residential Valuation experience (Level 3 support provided)

Qualifications:

• Experience in residential property surveys and assessments
• Knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency with surveying tools and software
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional accreditation or certification in surveying (RICS/VRS) is essential
• Valid driver's license
