Job summary

Compass Community is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to help children in our homes. You will support their health, wellbeing, and daily activities, while maintaining safeguarding and reporting duties.

Not required to have previous experience; training includes Skills to Care induction and shadow shifts, with progression toward Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 12 months.

• Willingness to undertake Skills to Care induction and shadow shifts.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate activities and appointments for children and young people.
• Support health, wellbeing and safeguarding at all times.
• Assist team with domestic tasks and paperwork.
