Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker in Derbyshire to join a growing children's residential home. You will lead shifts, provide high-quality care and mentor staff to ensure safeguarding and outstanding outcomes.

You’ll work with management to promote stability and positive relationships for children who have faced life challenges, including medication administration and contributing to care planning. Training and progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a children's residential care setting is essential.
• Senior RSW experience or willingness to progress to senior role.
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge and professional judgement.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Calm, resilient attitude in challenging situations.
• Commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and sleep-ins.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you'll combine hands-on care with shift leadership responsibilities, helping to ensure the home operates smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding and support.

You’ll work closely with management to promote stability, consistency, and positive relationships for children and young people who may have experienced significant life challenges.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading shifts and supporting the day-to-day running of the home
