Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker at a childrens home in Derbyshire. You will lead shifts, deliver high-quality, child-centred care and support young people to build confidence and life skills.

You’ll mentor other Residential Support Workers, uphold safeguarding standards and contribute to care planning. The role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for funded training and progression.

The Role
