Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. is partnering with a Derbyshire children’s residential home to recruit a Residential Support Worker aiming to grow into a Senior Residential Support Worker role.

You will support young people through challenging times, uphold safeguarding, and work within a supportive team committed to long‑term careers in residential childcare.

Qualifications

• You hold a Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in childcare or a related field.
• Experience in a children’s residential setting is desirable.
• Strong values, empathy and genuine ambition to progress into management.

Responsibilities

• Support young people through difficult times with sensitivity and consistency.
• Assist with daily routines and activities within a children’s residential home.
• Contribute to the team to enable progression into senior or managerial roles.
