CareTech is hiring a Support Worker in Cannock to support young people with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will help with daily routines, personal care, and planning tailored activities within a warm, family-like home.

We value compassionate, patient individuals who listen well, communicate clearly, and are committed to safeguarding. A full UK driving licence is essential, and ongoing training is provided to support your development and progression.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence required
• Open to ongoing development and learning with support from the team
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Ability to work varied shifts with a good work/life balance
