Job summary

Catalyst Choices CIC is looking for compassionate Residential Support Workers to join our team in Warrington. You’ll support individuals with daily living, promote independence and dignity, and help plan engaging activities that reflect each person’s choices and preferences.

The role involves building meaningful relationships, monitoring wellbeing, and working with a care team to provide personalised care. Previous care experience is valuable, and training will be provided to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential.
• Good communication and team-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meals and mobility.
• Build trusting relationships with individuals, families and colleagues.
• Support individuals to engage in meaningful activities and community life.
• Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.
