Salary: £13.50 per hour – Days & £14.50 per hour – Nights

Job Role

Catalyst Choices is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Care Worker/Caregiver to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with their day‑to‑day needs, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Provide person‑centred outcome‑driven care for our clients, including all regulated activities, whether as group support or 1:1. This will include adherence to company policies which align to CQC regulations.

Your role will include building meaningful relationships, planning and supporting engaging activities, and ensuring each person receives personalised care that reflects their choices and preferences.
