360 CRS is seeking a Residential Support Practitioner to join our children's services team in London. You will support young people aged 7–17 by building trust, promoting emotional development and routines, and helping create a safe, caring home.
You must have experience with children and young people, a full UK driving licence, and be willing to work a varied rota including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. Training and benefits are provided.
£13.50ph - £14.00ph (DOE) + £50 bonus per sleep-in, dependent on experience. Enhancement rates available for overtime and bank holidays.
