Job summary

360 CRS is seeking a Residential Support Practitioner to join our children's services team. This permanent, full-time role offers £13.50–£14.00 per hour (DOE) plus a £50 sleep-in bonus, with enhanced rates for overtime and bank holidays.

You will be a positive, grounding influence for young people, build trusting relationships, support emotional development and safeguarding, and work as part of a reflective team across our homes in the Southwest, London, and Durham.
