About the role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for children and young people in care. What we’re looking for
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care or Children & Young People (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A calm, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach
  • A team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
