Permanent full time positions (40 hours/week)

Location: Rainham, Essex, RM13

We are a specialist service for children and young people with disabilities and complex needs. We are looking for experienced individuals to work with us as Residential Support Workers (including for senior management roles) at our residential care home for children and young people based in Rainham, Essex. We offer a competitive salary range from £25,480 to £29,000 plus depending on experience, with additional pay for sleep ins. We are a well-established company operating for over 15 years in the social care sector.

We are recruiting Residential Support Workers to join our team to support our young people (aged 8-18) with autism and learning disabilities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Participating and promoting key working sessions with children and young people
2. Taking full part in the duty rota, including weekends and sleep-ins
3. Providing care and assisting with daily tasks for children and young people
4. Organising and participating in various social, leisure, and other activities with the young people
5. Working as a Key Worker to a child or children and developing care plans

Qualifications and Experience

1. Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care with children and young people (or working towards)
2. Minimum two years of experience working with Autism and learning disabilities in residential children's homes
3. Willingness to work weekends and sleep-ins
