Childrens Senior Residential Support Worker

Our client is well established in the Social Care Sector and has been supporting children for over 75 years.

They are now looking for a Childrens Senior Residential Support Worker to join their team near Ashford in Kent.

As a Childrens Senior Residential Support Worker, you will serve as a mentor and role model for children who have experienced trauma, encouraging life and social skills while ensuring they have fun!

If you have experience working with children or are currently a Childrens Senior Residential Support Worker seeking a new opportunity, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will:

• Understand the communication needs to support children in care
• Be a team player and support colleagues
• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People or an equivalent
• Possess a valid driving license to transport children to activities

In return, the client offers a role in an idyllic village near Ashford in Kent with a salary ranging from £27,000 to £37,000, depending on experience. Contracts are available for 39 or 45 hours per week. There is also potential to earn more, with an additional payment of £52.50 per sleep-in night.
