Job summary

Four Leaf Recruitment is seeking a caring Residential Support Worker for a children's home in Chesterfield. You will help provide a safe, nurturing environment for children who may have trauma and disruption in attachments.

As part of the residential care team, you will build positive relationships, offer day-to-day support, and help children achieve positive outcomes while following safeguarding procedures and maintaining professional boundaries.

Residential Support Worker - Children's Home | Chesterfield (S44)

Location: Chesterfield (S44)

Contract: Permanent

Pay: £13.33 per hour (+£50 per waking night shift)

Day Residential Support Worker - 1 position available

Waking Night Residential Support Worker - 1 position available

Car driver preferred

No sponsorship available

Shift Pattern: Hours and shift patterns will be discussed directly with management and may vary depending on the needs of the children and home.

About the Role

We are looking for caring, committed and resilient Residential Support Workers to join a children's residential home in Chesterfield.

You will help provide a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people who may have experienced trauma, adversity and disrupted attachments.

Working as part of the residential care team, you will build positive relationships with the children, provide consistent day-to-day support and help them achieve positive outcomes.
