Leighton Park Summer School seeks an Individuals Welfare Manager to oversee welfare and wellbeing for residential students on our UK programme. You will lead staff, plan rotas, ensure safety policies, and liaise with parents to provide timely information and seamless care.

The role requires safeguarding expertise, experience with children, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a team under pressure across daily duties and emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team of staff to ensure a safe environment for the students.
• Prepare staff rotas to maintain supervision ratios.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed by staff and students.
• Be the main contact for communication with parents; timely information.
• Plan arrivals and departures of students; coordinate inductions.
• Ensure dietary requirements are communicated; medicines handling.
• Oversee daily house duties, wake-ups, escorts, supervision, and lights-out.
• Supervise evenings and meals; manage off-site excursions.
• Promote student welfare and safety; complete required paperwork.
