Job Role: Residential Services Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member for the role of Residential Services Coordinator within Student Services. This team works in partnership with students and staff to provide integrated services that support and enhance the student experience at AUB.

Based within Student Services, the Residential Services Coordinator will deliver the University’s AUB Community Res Life programme, including transition and social activities for students living in AUB halls of residence, fostering a sense of belonging among students.

The post involves coordinating the halls of residence provision, forming and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent living arrangements and high-quality customer service for all students.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, experienced in event management, and possess strong social media skills. A commitment to excellent customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
