Job summary

Barratt Developments plc is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to drive reservations, exchanges and completions, coordinating with Sales Directors and managers. The role blends office and showroom activity with strong stakeholder liaison to ensure timely completions and customer satisfaction.

You will be supported by a hybrid working model and play a key part in delivering the division’s budget and forecast through accurate administration and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Intermediate level of proficiency on any Sales related IT systems.
• Professional and pleasant manner in dealing with internal and external customers.
• Able to work autonomously or part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive workload management.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations and support sales teams to achieve exchanges and completions.
• Communicate risks and assist in achieving completion targets.
• Manage overdue contracts and exchanges to minimise risk.
• Highlight trends in cancellation rates and report them.
• Build relationships with solicitors, housing associations and other stakeholders to meet completion forecasts.
• Ensure all legal documents are accurate and compliant with policy.
• Coordinate between Technical, Construction and Finance to answer legal enquiries.
