Job summary

Connells Group in Poole is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to guide clients from initial inquiry through to handing over keys. You will help buyers find homes, negotiate sales, and earn uncapped commission with full training.

You will build strong relationships, conduct property viewings, and drive new business while staying motivated to hit targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience. A valid UK driving licence and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency or sales or a customer-facing role is ideal.
• Confident starting conversations and building relationships.
• Motivation to work towards targets and earn commission.
• Committed to delivering a great customer experience.
• UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with buyers and understand their needs.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Generate new business and book property valuations.
• Negotiate offers and agree sales.
• Keep buyers and sellers updated as sales progress to completion.
• Introduce customers to our branch Mortgage Advisor.
