Job summary

Connells Group in Poole is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to guide clients from initial inquiry through to handing over keys. You will help buyers find homes, negotiate sales, and earn uncapped commission with full training.

You will build strong relationships, conduct property viewings, and drive new business while staying motivated to hit targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience. A valid UK driving licence and own vehicle are required.

• Experience in estate agency or sales or a customer-facing role is ideal.
• Confident starting conversations and building relationships.

Connells Group is looking for an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Poole. You'll help people find their next home, negotiate sales and build a career where your results are recognised and rewarded.

The Role

You'll be involved from the first enquiry through to handing over the keys:

• Build relationships with buyers and understand what they're looking for


• Arrange and conduct property viewings


• Generate new business and book property valuations


• Negotiate offers and agree sales


• Keep buyers and sellers updated as sales move towards completion


• Introduce customers to our branch Mortgage Advisor
