Job summary

Connells Group in Biggin Hill is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Mann residential sales team. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and progressing deals through to completion, with uncapped commission and a clear career ladder.

You will generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and help push sales toward exchange while helping schedule appointments for the Mortgage Advisor. A UK driving licence and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Strong communication, numeracy and attention to detail.
• Be IT literate and able to use MS Office, internet and email systems.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
