Job summary

Connells Group in Poole is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team. You’ll help people find their next home, arrange viewings and negotiate offers, with earnings that include a £25k basic salary plus uncapped commission.

You’ll receive full training, coaching, and clear progression into listing or management roles, with support from a collaborative team and recognition for top performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency or customer-facing role.
• Ability to start conversations and build relationships.
• Motivation to work towards targets and earn commission.
• Organised approach and resilience to follow up opportunities.
• Commitment to giving customers a great experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with buyers and understand what they’re looking for.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Generate new business and book property valuations.
• Negotiate offers and agree sales.
• Keep buyers and sellers updated as sales move towards completion.
• Introduce customers to our branch Mortgage Advisor.
