Connells Group in Worcester Park is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our Barnard Marcus residential sales team. Deliver exceptional service to buyers and vendors, generate valuations, conduct viewings, and negotiate offers through to sale and completion.

We offer industry-leading training, a clear career ladder, and £25k base with uncapped commission, plus opportunities across Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services and other specialist services.

Qualifikationen

• Previous sales experience in estate agency preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent customer care and service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and email systems.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Generating and booking property valuations.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales.
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
• Maximising opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
