The Rural/Residential Property Solicitor Role

• Manage a caseload of high-value residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases and transfers
• Handle rural and agricultural property transactions, including estates and land
• Advise on property finance, secured lending and portfolio mattersWork on transactions across Devon, the South West, London and wider UK markets
• Support business development and client relationship management

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with 4+ years’ PQE
• Strong experience in residential property law or conveyancing
• Exposure to rural or agricultural property desirable but not essential
• Commercial Property Solicitors seeking a transition are encouraged to apply
• Strong technical drafting skills including TP1s, leases and transfers
• Working knowledge of the Building Safety Act beneficial
• Confident working with high-value clients and complex transactions
