G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (4+ PQE) to join our Rural & Agricultural Property team in Devon (Exeter/Plymouth) with hybrid working. You will handle high-value residential conveyancing, rural and agricultural transactions, and advise on property finance and portfolios for HNW clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with 4+ years' PQE in residential property law.
• Experience handling high-value rural and agricultural property transactions.
• Strong drafting skills including TP1s, leases and transfers.
• Exposure to high-net-worth clients and complex transactions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of high-value residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases and transfers.
• Handle rural and agricultural property transactions, including estates and land.
• Advise on property finance, secured lending and portfolio matters.
• Work on transactions across Devon, the South West, London and wider UK markets.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
