We are working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm with modern offices across Devon, who are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join their busy and successful property team.

The Role:

You will manage your own busy caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, providing a professional and personable service to clients throughout the transaction.

Your caseload is likely to include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Leasehold transactions
• Other general residential conveyancing matters

You will be responsible for progressing matters efficiently, maintaining regular communication with clients and other parties, and ensuring a high standard of client care throughout.

About You:

We would be interested in hearing from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with previous experience managing their own residential property caseload.

You will ideally:

• Have solid residential conveyancing experience
• Be confident managing a busy caseload independently
• Have excellent client care and communication skills
• Be organised and able to manage competing priorities
• Have a commercial and proactive approach
• Enjoy working as part of a friendly and collaborative team
