Job summary

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Residential Registered Manager for a children's home in Lancaster. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care to children with social, emotional and behavioural needs.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children or equivalent.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge including the Children Act 1989, Care Standards Act 2000, and Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
• Proven experience managing staff teams in a children's residential setting.
• Excellent communication, resilience, and a genuine passion for improving outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
