Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Residential Registered Manager for a children's home in Lancaster. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care to children with social, emotional and behavioural needs.

The role requires strong safeguarding knowledge and proven leadership experience in a residential setting. A competitive salary, regular reviews, and a structured progression path are offered.

Qualificações

• Leadership and management qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children or equivalent.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge including the Children Act 1989, Care Standards Act 2000, and Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
• Proven experience managing staff teams in a children's residential setting.
• Excellent communication, resilience, and a genuine passion for improving outcomes for children.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and child-centred environment.
• Oversee staff supervision, mentoring, and training to promote best practice.
• Maintain safeguarding procedures, risk assessments, and multi-agency collaboration to ensure the welfare of all children in care.
