Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload from Hereford or Ludlow with hybrid working and flexible hours. You will oversee freehold/leasehold transactions, remortgages, and title reviews while building relationships in the local market.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of PQE, be qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX-qualified Conveyancing Legal Executive, and demonstrate strong knowledge of residential property

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX-qualified Conveyancing Legal Executive.
• Strong knowledge of residential property transactions and ability to manage a broad caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and related documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents and other contacts, and contribute to business development.
