TSR Legal, in partnership with an established law firm, is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join its busy property team in the Birmingham area.

You will handle a broad range of residential property matters, from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity. The role requires managing your own caseload with proactive client communication and strict attention to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Experience managing your own caseload.
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing for freehold and leasehold matters.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.

TSR Legal are working with an established law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join its busy property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a residential property professional who enjoys managing their own caseload and takes pride in providing a high level of service to clients.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of residential property matters, taking responsibility for files throughout the transaction and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and professionally.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
• Dealing with matters from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.
• Handling a mixture of freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Keeping clients updated and ensuring transactions progress in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and regulations.
• Contributing to the smooth running and continued development of the wider property team.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer / Conveyancer with a strong background in residential conveyancing.

You will ideally have:

• Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer
• Experience managing your own caseload.
• Good technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
• Experience dealing with both freehold and leasehold matters.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines.
