TSR Legal in London is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join its busy property team. You will manage a varied caseload of residential transactions, guiding files from instruction through completion and post-completion with a focus on client service.

You will handle both freehold and leasehold matters, provide practical advice, keep clients updated, and ensure transactions progress efficiently while maintaining compliant records within a supportive firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing.
• Experience managing own caseload.
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
• Dealing with matters from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.
• Handling a mixture of freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Keeping clients updated and ensuring transactions progress in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and regulations.
• Contributing to the smooth running and continued development of the wider property team.
