The role targets a 5 PQE solicitor, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity, with support from a paralegal and opportunities to grow the practice.

• Experience handling high-value Wills/transactions would be advantageous.

This highly regarded practice based in SW6 now needs a further Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy team. Our client is a small yet highly regarded practice who is known for their outstanding knowledge and client services.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a 5 PQE Solicitor to step into an established caseload of residential property sales purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity. The work is predominantly HNW residential property, providing an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys handling quality, often complex transactions and building strong relationships with clients. Assisted by a Paralegal, there is also scope for the successful candidate to develop and grow the caseload further, making this an attractive opportunity for someone who is commercially minded and keen to play an important role in the continued development of the firm.
