Job summary

William James Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded Legal 500 law firm’s Property team in Oxford. You will manage a broad caseload from instruction to completion, handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, and advising on equity transfers and remortgages.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, excellent client skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Residential Property
• Experience managing a varied conveyancing caseload independently
• Excellent technical knowledge of residential property transactions
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion

Residential Property Solicitor – Up to £75,000 + Benefits + Bonus

A highly regarded Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its expanding Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking and ambitious firm with a strong reputation across the Thames Valley and surrounding areas. The team advises a broad client base ranging from private individuals and high-net-worth clients through to developers, investors and corporate organisations, providing a varied and high-quality workload.

Due to continued growth and long-term succession planning, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property lawyer who is keen to play a key role within an established and collaborative property practice. This position offers genuine career progression and would particularly suit a Senior Associate looking to take the next step towards a future leadership role.

The Role
