Job summary

LR Legal Recruitment is assisting a well-established South West London firm to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor with 3–5 years' PQE. You will handle varied conveyancing matters, including high-value transactions, and advise HNW clients while building lasting client relationships.

The role offers hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 day from home) and a clear path to grow your own practice and earnings within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with 3–5 years' PQE in residential property.
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing.
• Experience handling high-value transactions is advantageous.
• Able to build client relationships and generate business.
• Responsive and well-organised with ability to manage own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing from instruction to completion.
• Handle high-value transactions including freehold and leasehold sales/purchases.
• Advise high-net-worth individuals on complex residential property matters.
• Build relationships with clients, agents, brokers and introducers.
• Identify opportunities to develop new business and grow the department.
• Deliver high standard of client care while working efficiently and commercially.

Role: Residential Property Solicitor (3–5 PQE)

Location: South West London

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 4 days office / 1 day working from home

The Opportunity

A well-established and highly regarded law firm in South West London is looking to recruit an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor (3–5 PQE) to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, enjoys building client relationships and wants to take their career and earning potential to the next level.

The firm has a strong presence in the high-net-worth residential property market, regularly handling transactions involving properties valued at £1m+. They are looking for someone with the drive and ambition to develop their own practice, generate business and maximise their earning potential.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handle high-value residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Advise HNW individuals and clients on complex residential property matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers and other introducers.
• Identify opportunities to develop new business and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
• Deliver a high standard of client care while working efficiently and commercially.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years' PQE in Residential Property.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
• Experience handling high-value residential property transactions would be advantageous.
• Commercially minded, ambitious and motivated by financial success.
• Confident building relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Organised, proactive and capable of managing your own caseload independently.
