G2 Legal Limited in Exeter seeks a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ year PQE to handle a broad range of residential property work, including buying, selling and mortgaging for an established client base.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on a broad range of property work including buying, selling and mortgaging.
• Handle conveyancing for manor houses, farms and woodlands.
• Work on higher value properties.

What will you do?

• Actfor clients in a broad range of property work including buying, selling and mortgaging all manner ofproperty
• This will include usual conveyancing as well as manor houses, farms and woodlands
• You will also work onhigher value properties

• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
• This role can be offered from 1yr PQE+
• Those with a background in either residential property or commercial property are welcome to apply
