GCB Recruitment is seeking a Property Manager for a residential lettings portfolio in Cromer. You will manage move-ins through tenancy end and act as the main contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.

The role requires knowledge of lettings legislation, strong communication, and excellent organisation. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and the salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 with opportunities for career progression and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties from move-in through tenancy end.
• Be main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Arrange maintenance and repairs, obtain quotations, ensure works completed.
• Carry out routine property inspections and follow up actions.
• Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposits.
• Handle maintenance issues and resolve landlord and tenant queries.
• Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate property records and update systems.
• Collaborate with lettings team to deliver excellent customer experience.
