Qualifications

• Previous administration experience is essential.
• Property management or lettings experience is desirable but not required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional and confident telephone manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT systems.

• Full UK driving licence and access to car.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Property Management team.

• Handle maintenance enquiries and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain accurate property records and compliance documentation.
• Prepare tenancy paperwork and property-related correspondence.
• Manage incoming emails, calls, and general office administration.
• Support property inspections and reporting as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
• Work with the team for smooth day-to-day property management.
