Qualifications

• Experience in lettings, property management, estate agency, or social housing.
• Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties and tenancies.
• Oversee the full tenancy management cycle.
• Ensure properties and tenancies remain compliant with current legislation.
• Manage maintenance issues and coordinate repairs efficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Handle property queries professionally and deliver excellent customer service.
• Work closely with the lettings team to maintain high service standards.
• Manage workload effectively and contribute to branch growth.
