GCB Recruitment has an exciting Property Manager opportunity in South East London with an independent estate agency. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing maintenance, compliance, and tenancy lifecycle processes within a supportive team.

The successful candidate will bring Property Management experience, strong communication, and a proactive approach, with a full UK driving licence. Salary ranges from £30,000 to £35,000 plus incentives and ongoing training.

Qualifikationen

• Previous Property Management experience is essential
• Strong understanding of the property management and lettings process
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident dealing with landlords, tenants, contractors and legal matters
• Proactive, professional, and solution-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car

Aufgaben

• Manage maintenance issues from initial enquiry through to completion and invoicing
• Review third-party property inspection reports and provide appropriate recommendations
• Manage all compliance certification following tenant move-in
• Oversee end-of-tenancy processes, including serving legal notices
• Deal with evictions, court hearings, and deposit negotiations
• Respond to and resolve general property management enquiries
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the tenancy
• Ensure properties remain compliant and well managed throughout the tenancy lifecycle
