We\'re proud to be recruiting for one of the area\'s ambitious and continuously growing law firms, which has an opportunity to join the firm as a Residential Property Lawyer within their highly regarded conveyancing team. This is a great opportunity to join this Top 200 UK law firm, working in the town of Sherborne, heading up their conveyancing team, with the support of partners within other local offices. The team in place covers the full spectrum of residential property law, comprising sale and/or purchase of a property or land, remortgage, equity release and auction. The successful candidate will join and head up a friendly, efficient and supportive team, with the opportunity to further build the work in a niche area with HNW individuals and further build up the team.

This role would best suit someone who is pro-active and enthusiastic, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. Alongside some excellent residential property experience either as a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive, you will have strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multi-task and confident telephone manner.

Skills and experience sought

• An experienced Conveyancer, either qualified or non-qualified, but with considerable fee-earning experience
• Ideally, we are looking for someone who can lead and manage a small team, with the support of senior members of the team in other local offices
• Experience of dealing with a wide range of property law transactions
• A credible and ambitious approach
