Job summary

Brandon James Ltd in Bromley is seeking a Project Manager with strong residential project delivery experience to join a well-established construction consultancy. You will manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating clients, consultants and contractors while maintaining programme, budget and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction consultancy.
• Residential project delivery experience.
• Experience managing projects through pre-contract and post-contract stages.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related discipline.
• MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or progress towards a relevant professional qualification.
• Good knowledge of JCT contracts and construction procurement.
• Employer’s Agent experience would be beneficial.
• Strong communication, organisation, and client-facing skills.
• A proactive and professional approach to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and wider property projects across Bromley, London, and the South East.
• Manage programme, consultant coordination, procurement support, contract administration, risk management, and reporting.
• Chair meetings, monitor contractor performance, coordinate design and project information.
• Ensure schemes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
