Job summary

Brandon James is seeking a Project Manager in Sevenoaks to lead a varied portfolio from early development through to completion. You will coordinate consultants, contractors and clients, ensuring projects meet time, cost and quality targets across residential, mixed-use and regeneration schemes.

The role offers exposure to Employer's Agent duties, with strong progression opportunities and a supportive development environment for a candidate with 3+ years in construction and consultancy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' construction industry experience.
• Experience within a construction consultancy.
• Experience across residential, mixed-use or regeneration projects.
• Good working knowledge of JCT contracts and Employer's Agent duties.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through the full development lifecycle, coordinating consultant teams, contractors, clients and other stakeholders.
• Oversee programmes, monitor progress and prepare reports; lead meetings to ensure on-time delivery.
• Administer JCT contracts and Employer's Agent duties, managing instructions and contractual obligations.
• Ensure projects are delivered to required time, cost and quality standards.
