Job summary

Brandon James in Newbury is seeking a Project Manager to lead retail and broader property and construction projects within a growing consultancy. You will manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating clients, consultants, contractors, and senior colleagues, with opportunities to diversify into other sectors as you progress.

The successful candidate will chair meetings, oversee programme management, procurement, consultant coordination, and risk management, ensuring on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in construction consultancy.
• Retail project experience would be highly beneficial.
• Experience delivering projects through pre-contract and construction stages.
• MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or working towards a relevant professional qualification.
• Good knowledge of JCT contracts and construction procurement.

Responsibilities

• Programme management, procurement, consultant coordination, contract administration, risk management, change control, project reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
