Job summary

Brandon James is seeking a motivated Project Manager in London to oversee a varied portfolio of construction projects from inception to completion. You will work with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure objectives, timelines and budgets are met while maintaining quality standards.

The role offers exposure to major London projects, progression opportunities, APC and chartership support, and a strong professional network within the industry.

Qualifications

• Previous Project Management experience within a UK construction consultancy.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• Progress towards MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB.
• Experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stages.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, procurement and contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and commercially aware approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects through the full lifecycle and meet objectives.
• Coordinate design teams and attend client and site meetings.
• Monitor progress, manage stakeholders and procurement support.
• Assist contract administration and support larger, complex commissions.
