Job summary

Brandon James is seeking an ambitious Project Manager to join its Hertfordshire team. You will manage projects from early planning through construction and handover, across retail fit-out, refurbishment and commercial property schemes, coordinating design teams, contractors, and client relationships.

You should have prior construction consultancy experience, strong client-facing skills, and progress toward or membership of RICS/APM/CIOB.

Qualifications

• Previous Project Management experience within a UK construction consultancy.
• Experience delivering retail fit-out, refurbishment or commercial property projects.
• A construction-related degree such as Project Management, Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying.
• Progress towards, or membership of, RICS, APM or CIOB.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare programmes and coordinate design teams.
• Manage contractors and chair project meetings.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and provide clear updates to clients.
• Support clients from early planning through handover.
