Keys Group is seeking a Children\'s Support Worker with Outdoor Activities for our activity centre in Gwynedd, North Wales. The role requires residing on site during four consecutive working days, with sleep-ins, to provide consistent care for children aged 8–18.

You will lead adventurous activities such as rock climbing, mountain biking, kayaking and other outdoor pursuits, building trust and daily care routines.

Competenze

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Ability to lead outdoor/adventure activities and provide daily care for young people.

• Build nurturing relationships with young people and provide emotional stability and daily care.
• Lead outdoor activities such as rock climbing, mountain biking, walking, kayaking.
